ESN REALMENTE NECERARIO TENER UNO DE ESOS INSTALADOS EN LA PC Y SI ME PUEDEN DAR ALGUNA Y SI SE PUEDE EN ESPAÑOL

El mejor es The Cleaner, esta en inglés pero es sumamente intuitivo además de ser muy simple su uso. No tendrás problema.

Sobre si tiene uno que tener o no instalado un anti-troyano, creo que no. Con un buen antivirus (NOD32, Avast, AVG, Kaspersky), un buen anti-spyware (Spy Sweeper, SpyBot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware SE) y un buen firewall (Xp SP2, Kerio....... el Outpost sigue dando problemas no es como antes) tienes más que suficiente. Obviamente teniendo criterio para navegar y manejar emails y archivos.
